We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Shree Ashapura Art Exports. Please read this Returns & Refund Policy carefully before making your purchase.

Replacement Policy:

We only provide a replacement if your furniture is severely damaged during shipping. If your furniture is damaged during shipping, please inform the delivery person at the time of delivery and also contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement as soon as possible. Please note that we may require photographic evidence of the damage.

Customized Orders:

We do not provide refunds or returns for all customized orders. Please ensure that all details of your order, including size, color, and material, are correct before placing your order. We will not be responsible for any errors made by you during the customization process.

Non-Damaged Returns:

We do not provide returns for non-damaged goods. If you receive your furniture and are not satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may offer an exchange or store credit on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion. The furniture must be in its original condition and packaging, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds:

We only provide refunds in the case of a manufacturing defect or severe damage during shipping. If we approve a refund, we will refund the full purchase price, including shipping charges, within 7-10 business days.
